Cydarm version 26.3.0 is now generally available!
We are thrilled to announce that this release introduces configurable dashboards enabling SOC teams to visualize operational metrics, watch case activity in real‑time, and identify high-risk hotspots at a glance! All of this is built directly into Cydarm, and it’s fully customizable to fit the way you work.
Alongside configurable dashboards, this release includes performance improvements and bug fixes.

New feature
Configurable dashboards
Cydarm now includes configurable dashboards, a new interactive dashboard framework that provides real-time operational visibility directly within the platform.
Key highlights include:
- Real-time operational insights with charts such as severity distribution and case status breakdowns.
- Key performance metrics at a glance, including Mean Time to Close, Mean Time to Containment.
- Flexible layouts with drag-and-drop resizing and positioning of dashboard components.
- From the top menu, navigate to Dashboards → Operations

Note you’ll need Org manager or administrator permissions to edit the Operations dashboard.
Enhancements
- Files uploaded via drag-and-drop can now be edited to update metadata such as significance, access controls, or timestamps.
- Improved JSON table display, preserving line breaks in text fields to make multi-line content easier to read.
Performance
- Improved case view performance by reducing redundant tag loading, resulting in faster page loads and smoother responsiveness for cases with large numbers of tags.
- Reduced size of app code by half without reducing functionality, and introduced incremental loading, for a faster overall experience.
Bug fixes
- Resolved an issue that caused SLA time limits to display incorrectly in the settings.
