# Release notes-Cydarm 26.11.0
## Updates and release notes for Cydarm version 26.11.0
Cydarm version v26.11.0 is now generally available!
The headline highlight of this release is our brand-new multi-stage authentication architecture, laying the groundwork for advanced identity standards, including upcoming passkey support and ISM-P compliance.
This release also features our new PagerDuty EzyConnect integration, alongside several workflow enhancements and performance fixes.

#### **New features**
##### Multi-step secure login flow
- Updated the login screen with a modern interface and a multi-step flow (username followed by password then TOTP, or SSO)
- Uplifted session security using HttpOnly cookies and improved audit logging
- Existing authentication API still works, for automation
##### PagerDuty EzyConnect integration
- Link Cydarm to PagerDuty to automatically trigger PagerDuty incidents when cases are created or escalated, and resolve PagerDuty incidents when a case is closed.
##### Notification bell
- Access notifications from anywhere in the platform using the new notification bell in the application header.
#### **Enhancements**
- Significantly improved page responsiveness when working on systems with thousands of tags.
- The dashboard SLA line chart now displays overall SLA compliance percentages at a glance.
- Optimized concurrent user creation to ensure smooth operations during large directory synchronizations or bulk user imports.
- Introduced unauthenticated liveness and readiness API endpoints to support Kubernetes and container orchestrator health checks.
#### **Bug fixes**
- Fixed an issue where SLA warning triggers failed to fire on schedule, ensuring countdown timers update reliably across case lists and detail panels.
- Resolved an issue where toggling previously disabled triggers on EzyConnect connectors failed to apply on save.
- Resolved display issues with the right-hand panel on *Case View* and *Playbook* pages, ensuring details, exports, and actions load consistently.
- Prevented malformed TAG\_GROUP\_CONFIG system entries from causing blank case screens.
- Resolved an issue where automations running with "Process response in Cydarm" disabled would leave blank comments on cases or trigger repeating comment loops.
#### **Did you know?**
Every case entry now carries a Significance classification (defaulting to Comment) with options for Significant Finding, Significant Decision, Significant Action, and Summary - to categorize the nature of each contribution. Integrated directly with the activity filter and report generator, these tags allow you to tailor live case views and exported reports for any audience, effortlessly switching between a comprehensive timeline for technical post-incident reviews and a curated highlight reel for executive briefings.
